About me
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and my goal is to create a space that feels safe, relaxed, and easy to be yourself in - sometimes with a little humour, too, because navigating life doesn’t always have to be so serious.
My own path hasn’t been linear - I’ve worked in corporate and fitness, changed careers, and navigated significant personal transitions, including grief in childhood and young adulthood, and becoming a parent. These experiences have given me a real appreciation for both the emotional and practical realities that often sit side by side in times of change, and for how powerful it can be to pause with someone alongside you.
I’m passionate about supporting people through tough times, uncovering the strengths and values, and helping them take steps that feel right for them.
I aim to create a space where you can exhale, uncover and explore parts of yourself you might not normally access, and find an approach that feels right for you.
Outside of counselling, you’ll usually find me at the gym, catching up with friends over coffee, or spending time with my family - the things that keep my life balanced and energised.
